Before I go into the topic of this blog post, let me just say that you are perfectly welcome to use any means provided on this website to share your insights on this post, as long as we can keep our conversation civil. This is actually always the case, but I fully expect this particular blog post to make at least some of you want to contact me, which, again, you're perfectly welcome to do. OK, let's get on with today's topic.
In the situation my dearest Cori and I are in, progress is extremely hard to come by. This has made me value whatever progress we can make that much more. I hope this is also true for my sweetheart, but I seem to remember that she tends to dwell on what we haven't achieved yet. May these bits of good news help her.
Some years ago, my sister and my brother-in-law got married in the United States, and a little over two weeks ago, I heard my brother-in-law say that he'd like to go there again, someday. He spoke of going to Las Vegas. This is not exactly where I am hoping to go, so I'll have to do some course correcting, but at least he's got the right country in mind.
When I heard my brother-in-law talk about gambling, he gave me a brilliant excuse reason to argue that we should go to the other side of the United States, instead. This only brings me closer to my sweetheart, so...I'm not complaining.
A chance for my dearest Cori and me to finally meet each other? I certainly see it as one.
Before I go into the second bit of good news I have for you today, I need to give you a bit of history. Although it's been many years since I've been in contact with Cori's mother, I still remember her hinting that Mr. Trump's presidency is disadvantageous for (Cori and) me. However, last Saturday, LegalEagle published the video below on his YouTube channel.
I've been subscribed to LegalEagle's YouTube channel for long enough to know that, in his videos, he is guided exclusively by American law and logical reasoning. If you know me, you know that I appreciate the latter.
This video raises the possibility that President Trump will be impeached. I'm not going to argue with anyone, about whether this would be good news for the United States, but, based on what I've heard Cori's mother say, I do take it as potentially good news for (Cori and) me.
